For the MIF 09 the Artist Jeremy Deller organised a procession of 25 floats included boy racers,
local team mascots, street vendors of the big issue, former
mill workers, hearses to much missed Manchester institutions, the EMO’s and goths who hang out in the Cathedral
gardens and more.
